1. Promotion Overview

The “Drop a House, Win $1,000” promotion (“Promotion”) is a referral-style incentive program where participants may submit the address of an off-market residential property located in Nassau or Suffolk County, New York that they believe Sponsor should consider purchasing.

If Mylestone Home, LLC purchases a property that was validly submitted by a participant, that participant will receive a $1,000 Visa Gift Card as a referral reward.

In addition, if the participant facilitates a live introduction to the property owner (for example, arranging an introduction or confirmed appointment between the homeowner and Sponsor), they will receive an additional $100 Visa Gift Card once that introduction is verified by Sponsor.

 

2. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and who reside in Nassau or Suffolk County, New York.
   

• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Mylestone Home, LLC are not eligible to participate.
   

• Participants may submit as many property entries as they wish, provided each entry complies with these rules.
   

• The submitted property must be off-market, meaning it is not currently listed for sale on the MLS or any public listing platform at the time of submission.
   

 

3. How to Enter

1. During the Promotion Period (November 17, 2025 – December 31, 2025), participants may submit entries by commenting on the official Instagram post or by completing the entry form available at [insert your form link].
    

2. Each entry must include:
    

   • Full name
      

   • Email address
      

   • Phone number
      

   • Property address
      

   • Relationship to the property (owner, family, friend, neighbor, etc.)
      

   • Certification that the participant has permission to submit the property and that it is not currently listed for sale.
      

3. Participants may also optionally indicate if they are able to facilitate an introduction between Sponsor and the homeowner.
    

4. An “introduction” means the participant either (a) personally introduces the homeowner to Sponsor’s representative, or (b) arranges a confirmed appointment between Sponsor and the homeowner, verified by Sponsor.
    

5. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025.
    

 

4. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM EST on November 17, 2025 through 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025.
Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

 

5. Prizes and Winner Selection

Primary Reward:

• The participant whose validly submitted property is ultimately purchased by Mylestone Home, LLC will receive a $1,000 Visa Gift Card (approximate retail value: $1,000).
   

• The purchase may occur at any time up to December 31, 2026 (one year after the Promotion Period ends).
   

Bonus Reward:

• If a participant facilitates a confirmed live introduction or appointment between the property owner and Sponsor, they will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card once the introduction is verified.
   

• Verification means that the meeting or call with the homeowner occurred, as confirmed by Sponsor.
   

Payment Details:

• Gift cards will be issued within 30 days of either (a) a confirmed introduction, or (b) the closing of a property purchase, depending on which applies.
   

• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their submission (phone or email).
   

• All taxes or fees associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sponsor may require completion of a W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC if required by law.
   

 

6. Conditions

• Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicates a prior submission, or is suspected of fraud or bad faith.
   

• Participants must have permission to share any property address. Sponsor will not contact any homeowner without proper consent.
   

• Sponsor reserves the right to verify any participant’s relationship to the property and permission to make introductions.
   

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
   

 

7. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and for the administration of this Promotion. Sponsor will not sell or disclose entrant information to third parties.

 

8. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their first name, city, and testimonial in marketing or promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mylestone Home, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of any prize.

 

10. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, NY.

 

11. Miscellaneous

• Void where prohibited.
   

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the program.
   

• Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
